Our name is inspired by the voyage of the James Caird, which allowed the rescue of Shackleton’s expedition and is a great analogy of what a consulting project is.

Jaume Carré
Senior Advisor

Jaume has developed his professional career in the field of the medium-sized family business. Serving as Commercial Director for 16 years, he steered the company's positioning as a sector reference and its internationalization. Subsequently, he led the company as CEO for 17 years, focusing his management on consolidation and international growth. Jaume holds a degree in Business Sciences and an MBA from ESADE. His desire is to offer his international experience to the business environment to make internationalization more accessible, coherent, and secure.

Joan Torreguitart
Senior Advisor

Joan began his professional career as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen before joining the "la Caixa" Group, where he held various executive positions, both in Spain and abroad, in Corporate M&A, Asset Management, Private Banking, and Corporate Banking. He participated in and led the international expansion of the Group. His diverse responsibilities have provided him with a strategic view of finance and have allowed him to understand the decision dynamics of senior management and boards of directors. He supports the transition to professional life for students through his involvement in various university programs. He holds a degree in Business Sciences and an MBA from ESADE.

Diego Torres
Senior Advisor

Diego Torres holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences, a degree in Business Sciences, and an MBA from ESADE. He has completed postgraduate studies at Berkeley, Stanford, and other business schools. As a consultant, he has led strategic reflection processes in numerous organizations. He has also worked as a strategy professor in various executive training programs. Previously, he co-founded eStrategies, a consultancy specializing in internet strategies, with the UOC. He began his professional career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. and later served as Head of Strategic Planning at HP. He has published numerous articles and books, including "50 Reflections on Strategy."

Álvaro Torres
COO

Alvaro Torres has specialized in marketing consulting, project management, and market research. Previously, he has worked in roles that have combined technology, innovation, and digital marketing. His dedication to staying updated in such a dynamic field as digital marketing positions him as a professional capable of offering innovative solutions and tangible results to current challenges. He assists companies in defining social responsibility programs and corporate communication directed towards their stakeholders. Additionally, he contributes to helping entrepreneurs and executives better understand their environment and make informed decisions through the construction of market intelligence systems and competitive analysis.

Alexia Martinez
Analyst

Alexia Martínez Izard is passionate about the world of marketing, with a background in marketing strategies and great interest in the latest digital trends. She has studied digital marketing and advertising at the Sant Cugat Escola Superior de Negocis | Barcelona Business Institute, and at London Metropolitan University. As a consulting analyst she supports the team in understanding the market and the business sector, contributing to the definition of strategy and the implementation of key initiatives.

Karina Murillo
Analyst

Karina Murillo Villada is a Food Engineer from Universidad del Valle and has experience in Research, Development and Innovation in the agri-food sector with a focus on generating strategies that use disruptive technologies to improve competitiveness. Previously she has worked as a consultant at Connect and Corporación Tecnnova UUE. As an analyst she helps teams to understand customers and competitors, facilitating strategic decision making and project implementation.
